User Agreement

Effective date: July 31, 2026. Product: Trumiumph. Bundle Identifier: app.trumiumph.mobile. Developer: Trumiumph.

Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using Trumiumph, you agree to this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

License Grant

Trumiumph grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for personal token-market research on compatible Android and Solana Mobile devices.

Service Description

Trumiumph provides public market data, token discovery, source links, wallet sign-in, risk labels, and quote-preparation surfaces. The app is not an exchange, broker, dealer, investment adviser, custodian, wallet provider, or official token issuer.

No Affiliation

Trumiumph is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Donald J. Trump, The Trump Organization, GetTrumpMemes, Jupiter, DexScreener, Solana Foundation, or any token issuer unless explicitly stated in writing by that party.

No Financial Advice

Content in Trumiumph is informational only. Token prices, liquidity, volume, labels, risk scores, and quote previews are not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Trading and Meme-Token Risk

Meme tokens and political tokens are highly volatile and may lose value quickly. Public data may be delayed, wrong, incomplete, manipulated, or unavailable. Quote previews do not guarantee execution, output amount, route availability, liquidity, or final settlement.

Wallet and Transaction Responsibility

Trumiumph does not custody assets and does not control wallet approvals. You must review all wallet prompts, addresses, amounts, fees, slippage, and transaction details before signing. Transactions submitted to a blockchain may be irreversible.

Restrictions on Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with backend infrastructure, scrape at abusive rates, reverse engineer restricted portions, resell access, impersonate Trumiumph, claim official affiliation, upload malicious content, or use the app in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Trumiumph branding, generated assets, site content, and app code are project materials. Third-party names, marks, logos, token data, and public links belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification and informational context.

Third-Party Services

The app may link to or request data from third-party services. Trumiumph is not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, policies, fees, wallet behavior, token listings, or transaction routing.

Privacy

Your use of Trumiumph is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Public blockchain activity may be visible to anyone.

Service Changes

Features, data sources, supported tokens, endpoints, links, and availability may change, degrade, or stop at any time without notice.

Termination

We may suspend or discontinue access if the app or site is retired, if misuse is detected, or if continuing the service creates legal, security, operational, or provider risk.

Disclaimers

Trumiumph is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trumiumph is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, incorrect data, wallet actions, failed transactions, network fees, token delistings, third-party outages, or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Indemnity

You agree to hold Trumiumph harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the app, your wallet activity, your violation of this agreement, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Governing Law

Use is governed by applicable law where the user resides unless a specific jurisdiction is later published. Some rights and limitations may vary by location.

Changes to This Agreement

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated agreement.
